My orthotic arch supports that I had made here are awesome!!! I have had many sets made over the years of my life time all over but this place is the best. Listened to my concerns and things I liked to have and things I needed to have with my supports. I feel the people that work here care about my happiness. I will be sending anyone I know that needs this service here.
Vacationing 500 miles from home when my prosthetic sleeve froze inside my leg socket. Rhiannon kindly directed my call to Jeff, who made time to see me immediately. Jeff was very reassuring and professional, and progressively disassembled my socket locking assembly until it released. Friendly, caring, competent providers are not easy to find nowadays, and Performance has my highest recommendation. Thanks for rescuing my vacation!
