We recently purchased an older home with its original pool in place and Sam had been servicing it for several years for the previous owners. He was very generous with his time in helping me get up to speed with its operation and identifying elements needing replacement now vs next season or later. He’s quick to respond, especially it’s an urgent repair need. I’m grateful to have his expertise as a resource.
Performance Pools provided amazing service. Sam was always on time for appointments, did an excellent job installing our new lining & equipment, and gladly provided advice & insights via text or phone call. He even returned an “emergency” call on a Sunday without objection. I would strongly recommend Performance to anyone looking for a new pool company. (Prices were also extremely fair).
I just had Performance Pools come out to fix my pool pump. They came out the SAME DAY I called and replaced the part the next day with a great brand. Very professional and knowledgeable about their skills. Thank you dear Performance Pool people!
I hired on Sam to do weekly maintenance on our pool. He came out and looked at the pool and told me his guys would come out that afternoon. The guys never showed and I had to follow up multiple times to get them to actually show up. It took 6 days. Several more follow ups were necessary for the next pool service. Don’t rely on these guys to actually show up. You’ll have to constantly follow up and check their work.
