I have to complain about a business!!! Performance pool and spa is the worst people to deal with! I ordered a new liner, filter and pump I will say everything came within a timely matter however the light in our pool was bad he told me to get a new light he would put it in, he never did come back and do it! Then the pump went out within three weeks, he told me I had to deal with the warranty people it was not his place too and that this was the end of our business agreement!!! we spent good money with this company and got tr... read more

I have had major work done on my in ground pool by Performance pools in the last 10 years and all the work done was extremely well done. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable at what they do. I will continue to use them for any pool work I need a d have recommend to friends and family. Some the work I had done over the years was 1) Redo pool in 2013 which included- replace liner, all pool lines, patch all recess in bottom concrete, and put in a concrete deck around pool. I’d like to say that I didn’t hire this company yet but the man that I spoke to about a month ago was so pleasant! He told me so much about my pool over the phone. Good customer service is always a breath of fresh air! Hopefully we’ll do business in the near future
