I had a very bad experience with Sam. I note that whenever someone leave a review stating they were dissatisfied he blames the pool owner, the equipment, etc. and does not offer to make the situation right. So expect his response to be - "...it was not my fault, it was caused by..." Sam installed new equipment and immediately upon it being installed it did not work. We could not use the equipment. We recently purchased an older home with its original pool in place and Sam had been servicing it for several years for the previous owners. He was very generous with his time in helping me get up to speed with its operation and identifying elements needing replacement now vs next season or later. He’s quick to respond, especially it’s an urgent repair need. I’m grateful to have his expertise as a resource.
Performance Pools provided amazing service. Sam was always on time for appointments, did an excellent job installing our new lining & equipment, and gladly provided advice & insights via text or phone call. He even returned an “emergency” call on a Sunday without objection. I would strongly recommend Performance to anyone looking for a new pool company. (Prices were also extremely fair).
I just had Performance Pools come out to fix my pool pump. They came out the SAME DAY I called and replaced the part the next day with a great brand. Very professional and knowledgeable about their skills. Thank you dear Performance Pool people!
