Saw Aisling McHugh for numbness and pain in my toes a few weeks out from the Sydney marathon. She quickly diagnosed the issue and made a small adjustment to the insole of my race shoes that made a huge difference! Very cost effective and simple solution that took away a lot of the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. I have been seeing Aisling for over 12 months. She’s brilliant - very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Great setup and great facilities for treatment. I had some Achilles tendinitis which the shockwave treatment and exercises cleared up quickly. Aisling was fantastic at explaining everything and following up to see how I was going. I’d highly recommend
