She immediately reassured me that things could improve, and her confidence and advice made all the difference. With regular visits every six weeks, the progress has been amazing. Aisling was so lovely and knowledgeable. She identified my tendinitis almost immediately and gave me great exercises to get it fixed effectively.
Saw Aisling McHugh for numbness and pain in my toes a few weeks out from the Sydney marathon. She quickly diagnosed the issue and made a small adjustment to the insole of my race shoes that made a huge difference! Very cost effective and simple solution that took away a lot of the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. Came back the next couple of weeks for skin/nail care pre- and post-marthon and trail events, and received some shockwave for pain across the top of my foot. I have been seeing Aisling for over 12 months. She’s brilliant - very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Great setup and great facilities for treatment. I had some Achilles tendinitis which the shockwave treatment and exercises cleared up quickly. Aisling was fantastic at explaining everything and following up to see how I was going. I’d highly recommend
