I'm not going to lie... First couple times I visited this chain I was not impressed. I understand upselling is a part of the job but it always rubs me the wrong way. Well the location on Whitehall road was extremely polite about it, not pushy at all on my choices. On top of that, while I was there, they refused to do service on another customer's car because there was no need to - gave her a spot check and sent her on her way happy. Faith in humanity, and this chain, restored. 👍
All auto washes are expensive these days so be prepared, approx. $8-$18 choices. Automated attendant machine takes cash or cards. Real people are fast & efficient & appreciate tips! Wipe your mirrors afterward or the water spots really stick!
