Just moved to the area and need a new oil change place. The staff was very helpful and informative but not pushy like some quick lube places are. Free car wash with the oil change as well. Car wash did a great job and the building looked very organized and tidy. Will be back again for my next service.
I typically hate getting my oil changed but this specific location Performance Plus in Norton Shores makes it less of a chore. Cody was so helpful and staff is always very friendly. Quick oil change!
I never expected to have fun in an oil change before but the entire staff was kind, upbeat, professional, and brought an energy that was amazing. Will be bringing my other vehicles here.
