I had PP in fruitport change my oil in mid March. 1000 miles later, oil light comes on and pulled off road immediately. Checked dip stick and it was dry. Had car towed to my mechanic and he found that oil filter was almost totally unscrewed. Oil was covered all over undercarraige of car. My mechanic changed the oil and filter and car engine was fine. I will never go back here- Manager Dave was rude- yelled at me because i had a new vehicle n he was not sure what type of oil- come on hes management! Rude to all 3 workers there. Would of liked to talk to whoever hired this guy! I was in management for 35 yrs- you get better work out of your coworkers if you treat them good!
