This is my garage floor after a top dollar oil change

They did not properly reinstall my heat shield after an oil change. When addressed, they took the part and said they would order the necessary parts to reinstall it. 3 months passed and it was time for another oil change. I called to see if they would be able to reinstall and they had never ordered the parts. The story changed several times and when I arrived on site to pick up the part, it wasn’t there.
