I've always had great service here. No matter my concerns. And very friendly staff.but today really made it better my car is a little over due for an oil change not by much but I also am getting taken into my mechanic this week for repairs now they could have taken my money an changed my oil but. They Were very honest and said it was good and for me this. Wait till my repair work was done. Instead of me having to get it done twice. Nice too. Still have honest kind people.
Came into Greenville location. Great customer service and the staff was friendly but surprised to see them open in these conditions with the smoke
I’ve been coming here for 3 years. This place has the best staff out of any place around. Always have good talks with them. The person that owned my car before went to oil changes, and when I get the car and went here instead, they told me that my drain bolt was basically completely stripped. They bought me a brand new one no cost. Couldn’t love this place more.
I've been going here for years always treated well. This time I handed my debit card to the gentlemen as he went to tell me the price. I should have paid closer attention as I said I'd take a air filter for the price, not knowing I'd get charged 27.99 for labor to change it out. I definitely would have passed if I was informed of the labor charge. It was a quick removal of my glove box and swapped it out. I'm not too happy about that!
