RecommendedDr. Todd n his entire staff are wonderful. Always happy. The Aquatic therapy is awesome! The water is heated and the staff is Always on time and very spacious and very clean! I highly recommend Performance Plus. They have two locations Otay Ranch and Imperial Beach

I’m so blessed that my primary doctor referred me to this place. I’m so thankful! and I’m so much better now. When I first came here I’m on my crutches and have swollen feet. I didn’t walk for 2 months because of pulled hamstring and a torn muscle. Thanks to Dr. Jenny Santamaria because after one session I felt the result and be able to walk again little by little. Yes I highly recommend this place. I went in for treatment of my left shoulder. My range of motion was very limited and thanks to them, I am almost completely back to full range of motion. Everyone there is awesome. I also want to mention that the receptionist is really great and very professional and helpful. Overall a great experience. Special thanks to Todd Sparks!
I have been going to Performance plus for a couple of months now and they are amazing! I would wake up in so much pain, and now with the help from Dr. Shawn I’m feeling so much better! Everyone is so nice and I look forward to my appointment every week.

From the first phone call to set an appointment nothing but fabulous! Drive 40 minutes out of my way just to use this facility and these people. Todd is amazing and so was the staff! Highly recommend.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled Doctors and Exercise Specialists. Have had significant relief from pain and have been able to walk greater distances without as much pain or effort. Steady progress after each of the 9 visits so far.
