Asked for a basic oil change got done and they gave me full service that I didn't ask for then charged me more from 27 to 47 I told them I didn't ask for synthetic blend or full service the guy said oops my bad guess I heard wrong then just offered a upgrade on my car wash for me over paying by 20 dollars thanks but no thanks I guess they would rather a bad review
I had a SUPER experience today! The guys took care of all of my requests! They took extra care that I was satisfied with my service! The guys were so polite and in tune with each other. Great team work! THANKS GUYS! Especially Joe Shock! You rock!
I was there today to get my oil changed and during the oil change the oil filter cap cracked. All three of the guys working felt awful and said they could have the part in the morning and even offered to take me to work and pick me up and they would get the new cap in the morning. I was there just as they were closing. They ended up finding the part in Hastings and drove there to get and install it and complete the oil change so that I could have my car back the same night.
