After spending $20,000 on a whole new pool reconstruction last year, which looked great after they were done. After being drained and cleaned from winter there’s a very large crack in the basin and there’s a a ton of algae that will not come off, multiple techniques have been tried. Contacted the company who after numerous contacts finally came out only to not back their work.
