Love this place, cannot say enough about it! The girls are awesome to work with and treat you like family. Both my children had sports injuries this season and Jacqui and the girls customized a recovery plan to fit their needs. Would highly recommend Performance Therapy & Wellness.
In August I started with knee pain just 10 days prior to a trip to the West Coast. Thanks to Performance Fitness I was able to thoroughly enjoy my trip, pain free. Thank you so much!
The care and compassion I received here was absolutely incredible. They truly care about the person, not just the condition. I felt well taken care of and they didn’t just run me through cookie cutter exercises. They took the time to figure out what was exactly wrong with me then tailored everything they did to that. I would recommend them to anyone!
