RecommendedMatt is the best physical therapist in the treasure valley! He knows what he is doing when it comes to current athletes and former athletes that want to get back to what they were.. I have been to 3-4 PT places in the valley, Performance PT is by far the most advanced and up to date with modern day techniques.. Highly recommend Matt and his staff, especially for shoulder and knee injuries!

Knowledgeable, caring and personable and providers. It is a great environment for rehabilitation because you get to know other patients and that is very motivating.
So grateful for the team at Performance PT. Fitness is my job and they are an active part of making sure I do not get injured. And if I do, I trust them to help me get back on track as soon as possible. It’s important to me to do all of the things I love physically and they help me to live the active life I want!
Matt, Cam & Nick are the absolute best! I really don’t know where I’d be without Matt’s help in healing. He truly is a gifted therapist!
