I was referred to Performance Physical Therapy for a chronic lower back issue. Logan evaluated me and designed an excellent recovery plan featuring simple, low-stress exercises. After just six weeks, my pain has been significantly minimized. The entire staff is kind, professional, and a pleasure to be with.
The atmosphere at Performance PT makes it fun to go through PT. It’s bright, it’s clean, all the staff work together very cooperatively so everyone knows what is going on…you definitely don’t feel like you are just another body and they are going through the motions like at some of the larger PT places. This will always be my #1 choice for PT!
I went to Performance PT for a herniated disc in my lower back. It was painful to walk or even to stand for short periods of time. Through physical therapy today my pain levels are minimal to none. Shout out to Richard (my PT) and all of the assistants and staff at Performance PT - they are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming!
I cannot say enough good things about Performance PT in Mechanicsville, VA. I came to them after receiving a recommendation from my chiropractor.
