I can't imagine a better place to go for physical therapy. Incredibly attentive one on one care. Karen Dholakia was outstanding providing most of my therapy, but it was obvious that Hunter, Chad and the rest of the team were of the same caliber. Bummer if you need physical therapy, but this is the place to go.
TL;DR If you have a broken hand, fractured fingers, or any injury that makes paperwork difficult, do not come here. You may be turned away instead of helped. I arrived with fractured fingers and was in visible pain. Despite clearly explaining this multiple times, the front desk staff repeatedly demanded that I fill out paperwork by hand. I told her plainly that I could not — my fingers were fractured, numb, and painful.
