RecommendedDay 1 was fantastic. Nate was patient and explained everything as we went. His calm pleasant demeanor helped our son be more relaxed and trusting.
Best of the best. The entire team works so hard to get you back to where you need to be. Everyone knows your name and they treat you like family. I cannot say enough good things about this place . I truly appreciate everyone from the front desk to the therapy team, to the billing/ insurance department. They all go above and beyond.

As I aged to late 50’s I’ve developed issues. I cracked a heal bone and limping sprained ankle tendons and Carmen and Performance staff fixed that 4 years ago. About 3 years ago I hurt my left knee. Carmen and staff fixed that. About 18 months ago I hurt my right knee and Carmen and staff fixed that too. Now at age 60 plus I may go for low back!
They provided great treatment for two different injuries I had while living in Lexington. Now we've moved and I can't find PT that matches Performance PT.
They will take care of you and get you back to doing what you enjoy. Professional and knowledgeable team.
