Catalytic Converter-Direct Fit Right Eastern Mfg fits 2004 Ford F-150 4.6L-V8 Item was purchased off ebay installed professionally 02 sensor also replaced. i got one call and havent heard back . They want me to purchase another one ship in defective one to see if it over heated and to inspect it. Then they'll decide if they want to honor the warranty

AMAZING! You can't find quality customer service anymore, but I was met with such OUTSTANDING customer service that I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with this company. I looked in several places to find the right exhaust components and they just made it so easy and competitive prices.

As soon as Sara received my message, she didn't let up until I was getting exactly what I wanted when I wanted it, even going so far as to conference me in on a phone conversation between her and one of the manufacturers she represents.
