One Star Review. I scheduled an appointment for my child’s possible fracture at “Performance Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine” at the Duluth location, and drove a considerable distance to get there. Before the appointment, the office repeatedly called because staff didn’t know how to verify our insurance. They still booked the appointment and asked me to promise I would come because the doctor might leave. I agreed. Dr Martin has taken care of our daughter for 16 years now and we love her! She, along with Raven and all her staff, have always been wonderful to us.

Saw Dr. Martin today for a follow up on my broken foot, which is broken in 2 places. She spent no more that 5 minutes with me, informed me the x-ray showed some healing. I tried to explain to her how extremely uncomfortable I am and it is still very painful, her response was “well you have a broken bone it’s supposed to be painful” she did not even bother to physically examine foot to check for pain points etc. She was completely dismissive to everything I said.
