I just want to say that I didn't appreciate how I was treated at the end of my appointment it was me and older lady like I understand when its lunchtime people want to get their food sit down and eat it for the time allowed by their employer but when a patient doesn't have a vehicle and has to wait on someone to get them then the nursing staff should take that into consideration and tell their coworkers that they see every work day that I'll stay back with them and can you just get my food for me so these patients don't have... read more
They are in the office but don’t never answer the phone or call you back. Bad business not professional at all.
Dr. Norton and his team are LITERAL miracle workers! I came into my first visit with extremely inflamed, swollen, and stiff muscles in both feet and my hand. I had already been to numerous apts at another office and had been placed on multiple treatment plans. No treatment was working and no doctor could figure out what was wrong! My condition was so bad I could barely walk or function in my day to day life. It was so dibilitating and I was beginning to lose hope, until I went to see Dr. Norton. I’ve taken my son here a couple of times for lower back pain. And never enjoyed my experience. Doctor wasn’t too friendly and seem uninterested in listening to me. May be a good place for adults but I would take your young children elsewhere.
UPDATE: The lady at the front desk was very helpful and resubmitted the order for the MRI just to see if we could get it approved without me coming in and it did get approved...she was very understanding with how upset I was and did everything she could to make it better...I would recommend people being honest and giving them a chance to make things better..I will be staying with them because of her I am very upset with they way my case has been handled..I visited Jeff on 12/2..this was a follow up visit..my first one was on... read more
