Worst service I've ever had from any shop
I honestly believe the negative reviews left are incredibly unfair and unfortunate. I found Troy to be extremely honest, reasonable and helpful from start to finish. I'd called late on a Wednesday afternoon after knocking the head on my friend's Honda 4 stroke whipper snipper. Unfortunately, while I found every part, I couldn't find the darn spring. Worst mower & whipper repair place ever. I took my Stihl whipper snipper initially to get repaired as it wouldn't start. Waited almost two weeks for call to let me know its repaired. I picked it up, got it home only to find it still wouldn't start. Took it back three times and every time leaving it to be repaired and every time I would take it home only again it wouldnt start. Had chainsaw leaking oil there twice for repair. First time they couldn't find anything. Second time they said fixed and also did performance test. However, chainsaw was still leaking just when moved. When I tried to start it the chain was so tight that the motor was unable to move it. How did they do a performance test?
