These guys are the absolute best. I’ve taken my 07 Cooper there for years. Most recent visit was particularly difficult but PMW stayed in communication with me and persevered until all the issues were taken care of. Full transparency, excellent customer service and fair pricing. Would never take my car anywhere else.
They are very easy to work with and will help you understand what and why things need to be done and will offer options to consider.
Having the car for 20 years makes it's value highly sentimental and the guys at the shop respect and appreciate my car just as much as I trust them to keep it on the road!

5 stars Took our BMW in today for 100k mile tune up and Travis and Dan could not have been more helpful and polite. Work was done when promised, prices were fair, they went over and above to answer any and all questions, we are very happy with the service we got. We are happy to refer our family and friends.
Hats off to these guys! I was selling my 2007 Mini Cooper (5-speed manual) and the buyer was really pushy insisting that the clutch is bad. So I agreed to replace the clutch at my cost. Took it in here, two different mechanics drove the car and confirmed the clutch is in excellent condition with no issues. They even said, "we would love to do the job, but it would be dishonest." They walked away from a $1,500 job but kept integrity. Thank you guys for being honest. Eli.
