I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews but once I met with James and his family I was quick to realize they were genuinely good people. They worked with me to get me in the car that I wanted. There was a minor mechanical issue that they were quickly to resolve. My experience here was all around great and they’ve been true to their word. I will definitely be a returning customer 5 stars for me!
Let me start of with this is the 3rd vehicle I have bought off of Performance Motors. All 3 were used and I never had a problem with them that was anything that had to do with Performance motors. My most recent purchase from them was a 2016 Jeep Wrangler unlimited Sahara when I purchased it from them that had just received it. The air conditioner was not working and they told me they would fix at no cost to me. Was told he could do a buy here pay here, promised he would.call me back. NOTHING. Told him I wouldn't be approved for a loan and he ran my credit anyway. Had 1000 down but will go elsewhere.
The group at Performance have been wonderful! The best buying experience I have ever had buying a car, in over 40 years of driving. They are careful, concerned and competent. I’m sorry for all of the negative reviews I have read because in my experience, they are top notch all the way around. I bought a 2012 Wrangler and they spent a huge amount of money fixing things that needed addressed. They did it without hesitation and no problem whatsoever. I dont even want to give 1 star, its lower than that. They clean up vehicles with numerous issues & clear the codes out before you test drive. We had problems & breakdowns every week, and still continue to have problems months & months later. Currently, looking at another $3k in repairs needed......for something we gave TOP DOLLAR for, w/out even asking for the best price.
