The group at Performance have been wonderful! The best buying experience I have ever had buying a car, in over 40 years of driving. They are careful, concerned and competent. I’m sorry for all of the negative reviews I have read because in my experience, they are top notch all the way around. I dont even want to give 1 star, its lower than that. They clean up vehicles with numerous issues & clear the codes out before you test drive. We had problems & breakdowns every week, and still continue to have problems months & months later. Currently, looking at another $3k in repairs needed......for something we gave TOP DOLLAR for, w/out even asking for the best price. They are very unprofessional and unpredictable they switch up the price they want for a down payment and each person you talk to says something different it’s very unprofessional and they need to get their shit together.. they sold my mom a car with a broken back door and broken driver window..
They sell junk and refuse to help you fix it and claim it’s under a warranty, then when you call to discuss the situation hang up on you. this place is a literal joke and they will straight up screw you on a vehicle like they did us. claimed it was such a good buy and asked for a down payment and are now claiming they can’t do anything to help us even though the truck is junk and won’t run right yet it’s our problem and we’ve had the truck less than a month. makes sense though right ?
Sold me a vehicle infested with roaches!!
