Workflow issues with their PACS system. If you have Fuji system in the area, you are stuck with them.. If you dont have a support contract with them, you might be waiting a good bit. Unable to support the system as a reseller. 9/10 issues get sent up to the developer ..... Watch out for the bait and switch!
