Our business used Performance Mechanical Group for a freezing problem our HVAC has had before. The HVAC repairman took an excessive amount of time to defrost the unit and then charged us for 45 minutes of travel time at $155 an hour. There was no prior agreement to pay for an HVAC technician's travel time. They also recommended "repairs" including replacing a compressor that we had fully replaced within the last 12 months.
