I was driving south on I5, when one of there employees was tailgating my car in one of there work vans. I had two cars in front of me and couldn’t go any faster. When it was clean to move out of his way, he proceeded to flip me off when he passed. Very unprofessional. Cannot recommend this company if they employ people like this.
Our business used Performance Mechanical Group for a freezing problem our HVAC has had before. The HVAC repairman took an excessive amount of time to defrost the unit and then charged us for 45 minutes of travel time at $155 an hour. There was no prior agreement to pay for an HVAC technician's travel time. They also recommended "repairs" including replacing a compressor that we had fully replaced within the last 12 months.
