These people are terrible. Made me go 4 days without hot water.
Before renting one of their properties, a list of repairs was made by ourselves and the field agent. Some of these repairs needed to be made to stop permanent damage to the property. The list includes: leaking fixtures, broken door, non-functioning GFI and regular outlets, exposed carpet tacking boards, missing grout/caulk in two showers (which had caused visible water damage) and many other items (a complete report is available).
