"BOAT OWNERS BEWARE" The brains no longer runs this business... The warden does... My bill was over $700 dollars and the list of items that were to be checked out were only halfway completed even though I was billed in full. I talked to them and the Warden said she would have someone call me. No one ever reached out to me to explain their lack of competence.
I would not recommend this place. The lady is rude and very unprofessional. We were promised our boat before summer. They ended up keeping it over 4 1/2 months. Never heard from them on updates or anything. We get it back and the wiring is not hooked up correctly so a lot things do not work. She pushed for us to get vinyl and we wanted carport. In the end, they say they can’t do the vinyl with no price difference. Go some where else so you don’t have to deal with this headache!!
Didn’t fix the issue, and put a not needed battery on it even tho the one that was on it was fine. The other battery was old but worked just fine. I didn’t even have a phone call to ask if I wanted a new battery and when I wanted my other one back and them take the one they gave me they wouldn’t take it back. Will not return to this place and will not recommend it.
