I always shop online when buying my vehicles. I like to do all of my research, contact the dealer to discuss pricing, ect, agree on a price, then come in and pick up my vehicle. I did just that with Varsity. They were the only dealer that would give me pricing over email and phone. They were completely transparent and honest, attentive to email responses, and it was completely no hassle. That's hard to come by now a days.
I used to drive a Ford Explorer and six months ago I leased an MKC. I love my car, everything about it. But I guess I didn't fully understand all this talk about "luxury experience" and Varsity until I came in for my first oil change. I know they offer pickup and delivery, but I was out that way. I had a cappuccino (they helped me with machine), caught up my kindle read, and was treated really well. Terrible service my wife had a 2 pm appointment for an oil change it is now 5:05 pm and she was still waiting. She declined an up sale attempted for a front end alignment at 3:30 pm and they said as soon as they finished cleaning the vehicle she would be able to leave. She was hoping Bob Davidson was a different type of dealership. She now has to drive on a rainy beltway in rush hour traffic to get home. I will be visiting the dealership tomorrow to speak with the manager. Totally unacceptable she will never be back!

Bought a pre-owned truck last year went to trade it in for something different was told that the modification that we done to my vehicle I would get more for it nope I got less then what it was blue booked for very unsatisfied wouldn't recommend them to anyone
