Absolute clown show over there. I don’t mind not getting my price or terms…but I still accepted the deal and they cannot seem to get me a credit application. Imagine having a customer dying to buy the car for damn near the advertised price and you’re just like “let me get around to it eventually”. Absolute waste of time. Made several calls to confirm that the dealership could install a Dash cam system in my brand new Lexus GX 550 confirmation from Rebecca the service writer that it could be done scheduled an appointment for 10th of July . Tuesday afternoon off to go to the dealership arrived at the dealership waited 30 minutes and then was told that the dealership could not install the dash cam no sorry no nothing terrible service
Fantastic experience from the start. Austin made it so easy for us to take a test drive and answer questions about the car we wanted. The same can be said of the business office.
