I tried to purchase a new GX550 from this dealership and was shocked when the sales representative told me they couldn’t sell it to me simply because I don’t live in the Greater Cincinnati area. I had serious interest, was ready to buy, and yet they refused to work with an out-of-town customer. Disappointing experience.
Service was great. I like the work stations for customers. I did some work while my car was being Serviced and the whole wait time only felt like a minute. Great atmosphere and people.
