In every business, sometimes things don’t go according to plan. How a business responds to an issue is what separates good businesses from great ones. I noticed some rim damage as a result of a technician removing stubborn anti-theft lug nuts during a recent service. When I contacted Performance Lexus, the response was immediate. Within days the rims were repaired perfectly. Thank you to the folks at Performance Lexus for addressing my issue the right way.
