I prepaid for "scheduled maintenance" (oil changes and tire rotations) when I bought the car, which was sold to me as a savings. Found out that the manual calls for 7500 mile oil change interval, while the plan sold to me was for a 5000 mile interval - therefore I paid for more oil changes I don't need. On top of that, I can never schedule an appointment on less than two weeks notice since their capacity is so low, and the appointment schedulers tend to be rude on the phone when I call. Not impressed.
