RecommendedDefinitely recommend Performance Jet Ski and Cycle. Yesterday I was riding out front and lost all electrical on my Kawasaki 250x. I was full of salt water and had no way of flushing my ski. Everyone knows that can ruin a ski. I called another local shop that works on skis and they basically said oh well we are four weeks out and we can’t help. I spent $800 bucks at another shop. They couldn’t repair my wave runner. They gave up and referred me to performance jet ski and cycle. The problem was pin pointed and taken care of. They run better than the day I bought them . Any time I called and left a message to check the status they returned my call right away.
I’m not one for leaving reviews, good or bad. But I dropped my ski off to get work done and was supposed to hear something by the end of the week, never called me. Waited a couple weeks and I called them, said they hadn’t looked at it yet but would by end of week, never called. So after about 2 1/2 months of no calls from them and me calling them only to get answering machine I finally got someone on the phone. Great service even to the US. On time and quality.
Took a month to do nothing always says ready tommotow but I would come back and bike was not touched. I had to get my trailer and get the bike to another shop who said nothing was done.I would stay away I had the worst experience of my life with this guy .good luck to the next fool
