This company has scheduled 2 appointments to come look at a faulty water heater. They have no called no showed both appointments. I called when they missed the appointment only to be directed to a voice mail. The only reason I got the second appointment was I reached out them. They have not a single time reached out to notify me that they would not be arriving or to reschedule the appointment. I'm a big fan of Performance Insulation! They promptly bid, fielded tons of questions from me, and installed insulation in the walls of our old 1920's house in Portland. Steve was a very responsive customer service rep/estimator and the crew was professional and didn't leave a huge mess. Not only that but they didn't break our old wood siding!! Very professional, put down dropcloths, cleaned up behibd theirselves, asked about odd installation before proceeding. Price wax reasonable. Have recommended them yo two neighbors who are in need of insulation as well.
