Wonderful care. Personal, caring, and excited to tackle very difficult issues.
They told me they were in network with my insurance. They even accepted my card and never mentioned they aren't and don't accept the contract price of my insurance. The billing supervisor was rude and refused to work with me on this. When I asked to speak to the doctor she said, "well that's not gonna happen" and refused to let me. Filed complaint with BBB and Dept of professional standards. Really helped my wife, who has hypermoility syndrome, after pregnancy. Pelvic floor therapy was failing and Dr. Steele identified some scar tissue that was keeping things immobile. It was instantaneous improvement in movement. We live in an urban town in the Midwest and cannot find anyone here who does what he does, so we travel to him as it’s that effective.
Don't trust your comfort with this doctor, he will not care about it. I have never been the same after Doctor Steele's treatments. I live every day in excruciating pain due to his hubris. My first warning should have been the weird non-standard neurological test he gave me, saying he invented it. My second warning should have been him *forcing* my arms to buckle during that test. I have been a patient Dr. Steele's for quite a long time - he is my go-to doctor for sports (and other) injuries. He has used PRP to heal a labral tear in my hip (over 10 years ago now), as well as a partial rotator cuff tear, preventing the need for surgery on both occasions.
