Joel was very communicative and and was able to accommodate me, at the last minute, for a catback install on my 2024 WRX. He was easy to talk to and went above and beyond as I was missing an exhaust hanger and some hardware (had a custom single exit exhaust on there already that he removed). He provided those, free of charge. He didn't mind me hanging out and talking cars while he was doing the install as well. Our car had break pad issues whole we were on vacation. The owner stayed after closing to wait for us to bring the car and was able to get it fixed by the next evening. He charged us much less than we expected and was very communicative
