Very happy with the service from Preformance HVAC. Another company installed the Mitsubishi units but were incapable of correctly repairing the units! After several labor charges the unit was still producing ice. One visit from Preformance and the tech addressed the problem and fixed it!
Very disappointed with Performance. I had an emergency call on Sunday, technician changed a jet in system and was charged over $250 plus the emergency fee of over $200, heater went out again early Monday morning. I reset and ran until Christmas Eve. Called company again and Technician finally called back after 2 calls and asked the problem, he said because we didn’t have a contract, he will not come out to fix.
