I came in for a maintenance check today, Marc Brown was my service rep.Marc did a great job explaining an oil change was all that was needed, the work was done in a quick and efficient manner. Many thanks to Marc and the staff that completed the work!
Needed three more smart key programmed for my Accord. Dealership was cheaper than the two locksmiths who bothered to reply to my inquiries (one took 3 weeks to reply). Dealership explained the process, charges and the circumstances where an addition charge might be required (it wasn't). Car was ready when promised. I am very satisfied with the results.

Had a small issue with my 2021 Honda Ridgeline and Thomas Cacace took care of me at the service center. Was found to a part had to be ordered for the repair. Tom said he'd call when the part came in. Less then a week he called and set me up for a return appointment. Repair was made. Very professional an asset to the company.......

Mr. Baker was very professional and handled my issue flawlessly. Wouldn't go anywhere else (unless Mr. Baker does). They said an hour and that's how long it took. Very happy
