I do not recommend doing business with Performance Holdings for the following reasons: -For decades Marlin Hershey promoted shopping center LLCs managed by Gary Dragul and his GDA company. Marlin would always tell me that he too was investing his personal money in the shopping centers. Gary was recently indicted for running a ponzi scheme and in the indictment it listed my name as a victim and NOT the name of Marlin Hershey.
