Used several times, jim’s the best. Furnace went out and called to check availability, was backed up but was nice enough to try and fix while on the phone. When that did not work was able to provide recommendations for a quick service call. Will always try him first.

My husband and I called Jim over the weekend because we didn’t have any heat. He responded very quickly and was very helpful in diagnosing the issue. He told us that this problem with our unit could possibly be a quick fix. He walked my husband through the process then suggested buying a small part for the furnace. BINGO!! He was spot on. Hooray 🥳 We felt relieved, because we had just paid another company to come out to fix our furnace. They came out and clicked one switch and left. It stop working over night. I had no heat, I called Performance,, left a message (after hours) within 20 minutes I got a call back from Jim, he said he was on his way. I was not expecting that because I called six other companies and never got a return call as of yet. he was here for a half hour and the issue was resolved. I have Boiler heat. Price very reasonable too. I highly recommend him.
