Jim is great. Had an issue with power going out and jim narrowed it down to the generator. He Was able to locate the issue and provide fix to get us back up and running till the parts could be acquired. He has also help provide support on past issues. He's a big help.

When your air goes out in a heat wave, this is who you call! Jim answered an early morning call, arrived same day, earlier than promised, and quickly got us back up, at a more than reasonable cost. A rare occurrence today, and I am thrilled! Thank you Jim!

Jim took the time to walk me through rewiring my furnace and replacing my 4 strand thermostat wire with an 18/5 strand for a smart thermostat! He saved me $75 service fee and taught me how to do it myself over the phone, easy! Very responsive and detailed, thank you!

Called this morning because my furnace wouldn't click on. I don't know if I got the guy's name, but he talked me through the issue for over 20 minutes. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank You.
