Jeremy, who does the heating and air-conditioning is not qualified for the jobs he attempts. He installed an air conditioning unit at our home in 2011 and it NEVER worked properly. When he came out to repair it--many times and at a significant cost--it still did not work properly. When he came late last summer, he indicated that if it did not work, the company Goodman would replace the entire thing. Right!
