Been coming for 4 years and never experienced rude customer service until today. What happened? One told me I was late as if I didn’t know it and talked to me in an inhuman like tone like I’m a child and said next time call. The grace period is 10-15 minutes right got there at 10:09 what’s the problem. The other one I asked are you working she got sarcastic as well and stated we all are.
