Very dissatisfied with their sales follow through and business management. I’ve purchased many cars with. other dealerships and never had such a disorganized process handed off to so many people who don’t carry out the services needed to complete the end of the sale process. Long wait times, have to call and visit multiple times to move things through. High document processing fees but you don’t get what you pay for.
I wish I went here 3 weeks ago! I previously went to a shady dealer The car house of Butler and “bought” a truck who lied about the deal, repairs, tanked my 715 credit score and didn’t fix it. We were so frustrated my wife said let’s just go look at a NEW truck. I walked inside already annoyed and Gerald met us and we explained the situation.
