Bought a used Ford EV 3/18, came in 3/20 as I was told my bank needed additional down payment and was told I would receive an updated contract reflecting this by Monday 3/23. On 3/25 I emailed the dealership and asked why I had not received the updated contract as had been promised. I was called by their finance person who said the bank accepted the original deal and the dealership would be refunding my additional down payment. I brought my Mach-E to Performance Ford East Hanover for routine service and recalls. They didn't have a tech on staff and sent the car to their Randolph location — that alone took 2 weeks. When I got the car back, there was damage to the front driver's side fender that wasn't there when I dropped it off. They confirmed this after reviewing their own intake photos.
