I do like & appreciate their "home service". I was able to get a lot of things done instead of wasting time waiting in a service room. It's very curious, tho, that an axle problem is solved by reprogramming a pcm in the car's computer. 🤷🏻♀️. The brake stays on even after the car is put in reverse. I left extremely disappointed with the service I received from Erick Garcia. Communication was poor, and I constantly had to reach out for updates instead of receiving any follow-up. The most frustrating part was picking up my car only to find it still had the same issue I brought it in for. I expected the problem to be fixed, or at the very least for someone to clearly explain why it wasn’t. This experience felt like a waste of my time and money.
