PFT is the best, and I’ve been coming here since they opened many years ago! Excellent community, friendly people, and the trainers know their stuff. They’ve guided me to crush strength goals that I wasn’t sure were attainable.
Needed a new gym and they welcomed me with open arms. The programming is great and I am seeing slow but steady growth.
Everyone at PFT is all in. They are getting me to where I want to be much faster than I thought possible, safely and effectively. LFG!
This place is great. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and welcoming and there is a strong sense of community. Recognizing me as “the new guy”, multiple long time members went out of their way to welcome me and help me feel comfortable. Coming up on two months I’m definitely experiencing the physical and mental benefits of exercising regularly again. 10/10 recommend.
