Dropped in twice at Performance Factory Training while visiting family and was throughly impressed. Such a friendly and welcoming environment. I’m in about a month and a half now, and they work with me to build up strength at my own pace. Really great place to check out!
I’m about a month in and it’s been good so far. I have never done cross fit before but all of the coaches are super helpful with form. I tried going to the gym on my own but I couldn’t keep myself accountable. PFT keeps me accountable and there’s enough variety in each workout that I don’t get bored. Definitely would refer friends to this gym.
I’m a new member, having joined just four weeks ago. In this short time, PFT has changed my life. The whole experience - the coaches, the nutrition guidance, the camaraderie with other members - has provided me so much support and motivation. I’m so happy to be part of this amazing community and wished I’d made the commitment a long time ago! Thank you!!
