PFT is the best gym in the area. The programs are super effective and well-structured, and the coaches have been incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Highly recommend it to anyone.

I dropped in for two weeks while traveling, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The coaching here is top-notch—detailed, attentive, and focused on both technique and intensity. The programming was well-structured, providing a great balance of strength, skill work, and conditioning.
PFT is the BEST! The trainers are fantastic and supportive, the classes are fun and the environment makes you want to get moving! I’ve never been stronger than when I get to PFT!!!
