Love this gym. I weighed 252 after COVID, lost about 20lbs on my own but couldn’t really get beyond that. So I joined PFT. After a year of going consistently I dropped from around 230 to 186 and I have a six pack. Coaches are fantastic. They guided me through multiple injuries (I’m 49) to make sure I could keep training safely when I wasn’t at my best. This isn’t your typical gym where you sign up and then you’re left to your own devices. Coaches are always there to help. Best decision I ever made.
