Two updates: About a year after the roof was done, one of the replaced skylights was leaking around the roof . This was reinstalled, flashed properly, promptly by one of their workers, amazingly all by himself. In 2024 I noticed water in the basement that turned out to be leaking from the chimney and roof. It turns out that the chimney chase was improperly flashed, possibly at the time of the original roof, but it still wasn't reflashed properly when re-roofed either. I had Adam and his crew work on my house after a hail storm and they were done very quickly and did an excellent job. Adam was extremely responsive any day or time and always communicated effectively and transparently. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some house work done. Got my roof done in a day and less than a week to do the siding. Great company!
After the hail storm in April 2025, Sawyer came out right away to assess our roof which sustained damage. He and the team were so responsive working with us and our insurance to make sure everything was covered! They even took extra steps to address an area of our roof that gets more run-off due to its design. From start to finish the process was seamless. And supporting a local, veteran owned business makes it that much better!
Adam came out to take a look at our roof after the recent hail we received, and he sent a wonderfully detailed video before giving us the all-good on our roof. Love the honesty and the effort he took into explaining everything!
