I spent 8 years here with horrible situation in my mouth that ended up becoming dentures that $21,000 later were UNWEARABLE. I was forced to do a soft real line that cost a couple hundred dollars each time which was about three times and one time was a hard realign ($350🤯). Unfortunately, the very very very expensive relationship if you put out of the misery by switching to someone on the other side of town who showed me how terribly I was handled. Beware.

I have enjoyed my experiences with this dental office, friendly staff and dentist. Since they started using AI, my most recent experience was unpleasant. First, appointment was cancelled due to flood and I rescheduled. I arrived at the office on the date and time as scheduled however turned away because I was not on the schedule. I showed the office staff my text confirmation. I was told I could come back 2 hours later. This is so unacceptable that my dental service was denied due to their technology error.
