Performance Dental Care is the Junk Mail King of the southwest suburbs. The flood of junk mail they send absolutely REEKS of desperation for business. The sheer volume of advertising they send begging for customers says it all, in my opinion. Any business that desperate is a huge red flag.
I honestly NEVER leave a review for bad service. However, considering I spent between $1,500-$2,000 I feel like it is the right thing to do. I came here due to the positive reviews and I really care about my teeth. My insurance at the time didn't cover anything so I bought there in house special deal for the year and for ONE crown at the time that I needed and wasn't aware until they sat me in their chair. Do not patronize this business. They are very unprofessional. I scheduled an 8:00 AM appointment about six months in advance. The day before my appointment, I received a call informing me that they had decided not to offer 8:00 AM appointments anymore, and that I would need to reschedule. What’s frustrating is that this change was apparently made months earlier, but I was not notified until the day before my appointment. This has truly been the best medical experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, everyone made me feel cared for. Dr. Bacos is a 10/10 professional you can immediately tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. He is very gentle, and even though going to the dentist can feel intimidating, I felt completely safe and calm in his hands. Jackie, Dana, and Thanya are also true professionals.
