I spent 8 years here with horrible situation in my mouth
I have enjoyed my experiences with this dental office, friendly staff and dentist. Since they started using AI, my most recent experience was unpleasant. First, appointment was cancelled due to flood and I rescheduled. I arrived at the office on the date and time as scheduled however turned away because I was not on the schedule. I showed the office staff my text confirmation. I was told I could come back 2 hours later. This is so unacceptable that my dental service was denied due to their technology error. Performance Dental Care is the Junk Mail King of the southwest suburbs. The flood of junk mail they send absolutely REEKS of desperation for business. The sheer volume of advertising they send begging for customers says it all, in my opinion. Any business that desperate is a huge red flag.
I honestly NEVER leave a review for bad service. However, considering I spent between $1,500-$2,000 I feel like it is the right thing to do. I came here due to the positive reviews and I really care about my teeth. My insurance at the time didn't cover anything so I bought there in house special deal for the year and for ONE crown at the time that I needed and wasn't aware until they sat me in their chair.
