I visited Performance Cycles of Wilmington today just before closing time and Joe helped me with my tire and did my oil change and plugs. I had an awesome experience. Great conversation. And his price was cheaper than other shops I called. Not a lot of shops will take there time to explain things about your bike the way they did. I will continue to recommend them to everyone! Check these guys out. There A1!!!!
Orderd a set of throttle cables and we had them in hand 4 days later. Thanks for the speedy turn around see you guys a the Race Track !!
I took my cycle in for: 1. oil change. 2. filter change. 3. spark plug change. 4. check coolant level. 24 hours later, I was quoted $300 by phone. High? Yes but I needed the work done. The bill came to $502. $375 of it was for 5 hours labor. FIVE HOURS?? Any competent shop person could have done it in one and a half hours including a 15 minute break. My first experience with the shop was outstanding, came in on a Saturday to have a tire replaced and routine maintenance. I know any service shop can get busy on the weekend, I was ready to leave the bike, have the guys service it and pick it up next. I owner said he could move a couple things around and make it happen within a couple hours. We'll he made it happen, great staff, knowable, fair price . Can't say enough. . Good on-ya
