I want to retract my review with Performance Concepts. It was just a misunderstanding. Bob and I were able to come to a resolution, Bob went above, and beyond to make matters better, and I hold high admiration for him in doing so. Bob is indeed a good man and will stand by his work. This is the worst place ever. Don't ever take your vehicle here. He had my car for 4 months. I had Bob to find out where the leaking was coming from in my car when it rains. He supposedly was ordering seals. No seals, and no new battery. He claimed he found the leaks, and then said I also needed a battery. He didn't do nothing but took my money. He left my car sitting in the parking lot for 4 months. It has black mold & water damaged badly. I found a shit rag in my glove department. That place needs to be investigated; Bob, ... read more
