This place genuinely messed up my car, and I would not recommend going here at all. They pushed my pickup deadline back three separate times, which already made the whole process frustrating. On top of that, my rental expired while I was waiting, leaving me without a car due to their delays. They were putting aftermarket parts on my car without really making that clear, and the work itself just felt rushed and careless. Everyone here was very nice, communicative, and efficient. They finished the repairs on my car way earlier than they originally estimated and even stayed after closing to accommodate me when my car was ready to pick up. This was a completely stress-free experience and I thank their whole team for all they did and do!
This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with. They are unable to keep their stories (lies) straight about why they have to postpone my car being ready. This had gone on for four months for a bumper repair. They still haven't replaced the Lexus emblem that they misplaced. They have a new reason everytime i call.
Sorriest collision center had my car for over month with minimal communication and very little work time was up for rental hadn't begun to work on car so cost me way more than should have
