My last visit to them was to get a replacement keyfob programmed because i lost one of the 2 that i had. I bought the proper Part number (68225803AB for Dart 2015) from an online seller that i trust and trusted in the past with several purchases "quirkparts". I took the keyfob to the dealership. Juice was phenomenal he actually worked with me in what he was able to do. He was professional and informative he actually took me for a test drive and was with me every step of the way. I give his service a top 10. And the dealership was very clean and demure very good smelling bathroom was clean. I give it a 10/10 all the way around. Overall experience
Spoke with Jon a sales person who said he would send information. Got nothing. Called the following day requested information. Got nothing. Very poor customer service.
