My salesman Claude McDougal (Juice) was wonderful. I didn't plan on leaving with a car the same day. But after spending time with Juice, I felt like I had no choice but to buy, he gave me all the attention I needed and everything my wife and I asked for he genuinely tried to make it happen and we were pleased with this company and his great customer service. Original post: 9/1/25ish I don’t normally do this and I give people and businesses a lot of leeway and understanding but this was the worst experience of my life. Took my car to get the same part fixed over 3 times and not once did they get it right. Wasted a ton of time and money. Each time they had my car for at least 2-3 weeks after saying it would be a few days and for sure no more than a week and of course they don’t supply free rentals even if you have a warranty with them.
