They (at least their “sales persons”) don’t know how to do business. They were perfectly okay losing a customer. I feel pity on this dealership.
Called about a 2500 ram and spoke to someone who didn’t sound too enthusiastic about selling it. Stated that I was out of state and didn’t want to drive 4hrs to just look. Said he would send me a link for my trade in and that I should see it in “15 minutes” well days later still nothing. No wonder they have trucks sitting for 200 plus days. People want to buy a truck and they don’t want to sell. lol
Overall customer service was phenomenal. Sierra Jones our sales rep. went over and above ….
I would never get my 🚘 serviced here. I bought a used car from this place last year .I received great service the first time (thanks Doug H.) I work around the corner and thought hey I should get my oil change from the same place.. Ohh boy was I wrong. It’s been a headache since I got my car back.
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership I was helped by Jake Petikas he was great at making sure I had a full understanding of everything going on and he was really understanding and helpful 10/10 I recommend you ask for Jake when you get there he will make sure you are taken care of
